What might you discover when you give yourself space to breathe?
Join Georgia for a guided psychedelic breathwork journey, followed by a grounding meditation. No medicine is involved—only breath.
Through conscious connected breathing, you’ll be invited to notice emotions, stories, and patterns that arise, without needing to explain or resolve them in the moment. This is an opportunity to listen to yourself, release what feels ready to move, and reconnect with your own sense of possibility.
Every experience is personal. Past participants have described moments of calm, joy, vivid imagery, and a feeling of connection. Come without expectations and allow your experience to be your own.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring an extra-thick mat or blanket if you’d like. Please avoid a heavy meal or mind-altering substances before the gathering.
Please note: This style of breathwork can feel physically and emotionally intense and may not be suitable for everyone. If you have a cardiovascular condition, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, or a recent injury or surgery, please check with your healthcare professional before participating.
