Welcome to The Way Home Shop (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using thewayhomeshop.com and purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 to make purchases online. If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3) Orders, Pricing & Availability
All orders are offers to purchase; we may accept or refuse any order. Prices, products, and availability can change without notice. In the event of an error (price, stock, description), we may cancel and refund your order. Sales tax (if applicable) is calculated at checkout.
4) Payments
We accept card payments through third-party processors (e.g., Clover) and other methods shown at checkout. You authorize us (and our processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping.
5) Shipping, Local Pickup & Risk of Loss
We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Free U.S. shipping on orders $88+ (after discounts, before tax). Local pickup is available at our Portland shop. 6) Returns & Exchanges
Please review our policy at /shipping-returns/ before purchasing. Some items are final sale (e.g., crystals, bath/body). Approved returns are typically for store credit.
7) Events, Classes & Services
Tickets and bookings may be limited and are not guaranteed until confirmed. Start times, facilitators, and locations may change; we’ll notify you of material changes. Unless we state otherwise, event tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable. Wellness disclaimer: our offerings (e.g., Reiki, readings, workshops) are for personal growth and education; they are not medical, legal, or financial advice, and are not a substitute for licensed care.
8) Metaphysical Products Disclaimer
Energetic/healing properties of crystals, herbs, and spiritual tools are based on traditional, historical, or subjective uses and are not medically proven. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use common sense and consult professionals when appropriate.
9) Gift Cards, Coupons & Promotions
Gift cards and promo codes are subject to the terms stated at issuance; they can’t be redeemed for cash (unless required by law), replaced if lost, or combined with some offers. We may modify or end promotions at any time.
10) Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) violate laws; (b) infringe IP or privacy rights; (c) interfere with site security or operations; (d) use bots/scrapers without consent; (e) submit harmful or deceptive content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
11) Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. No license is granted to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
12) Third-Party Services & Links
We use third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, shipping platforms, analytics/pixels). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We aren’t responsible for third-party sites or services.

14) Warranties & Disclaimers
The site, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our owners, employees, and affiliates) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits/revenues, arising from your use of the site/products/services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order or $100, whichever is greater.
16) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.
17) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflicts of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon (small-claims actions may be brought there).
18) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted with the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
