Sound Bath Meditation

Blending vibrational instruments, Kammy will help guide you into a deep meditative state, where the mind and body can relax and healing can begin. Sound therapy can offer benefits including relief from anxiety and stress, better sleep, restoring the body's natural sleep cycles, and can promote a deep meditative state, heightening clarity and improving focus. This session will be a time to renew and rejuvenate. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and a pillow or anything that might help make you feel comfortable. Limited mats and props available.

Understanding the Journey of Awakening

Presenter: RoseMarie Davis, author, spiritualist, and teacher in metaphysicist Topic: Discovering the mystery of self and how to tap into the divine energies of Universal Oneness and creation. What to expect: The evening will consist of a talk and open discussion on awakening, paths to awakening, challenges to being awake, and answering the call to service. Time will be available for open discussion and book signing at the end.

Jane has always felt a connection with helping people as well as non-human animals. Whether that be through teaching Yoga, Health and Nutrition Coaching or advocating for Animal welfare. Vinyasa yoga, also called "flow" because of the smooth way the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. In vinyasa yoga, each movement is synchronized with a breath. The breath is given dominance, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next.
